No. SitnGo does not require a security deposit and we don't block any amount on your credit card. You simply pay for the rental.

Yes. Slovenia requires an electronic vignette (e-vinjeta) to use motorways and expressways. It's already included in your rental, so you can drive the highways straight away.

Winter equipment is mandatory in Slovenia from 15 November to 15 March (and any time there are wintry conditions). All our cars are fitted with winter tyres during this period at no extra charge. Snow chains are available on request.

Yes, with prior approval. Cross-border travel to Croatia, Italy, Austria and Hungary is allowed — just tell us when booking so we can provide a Green Card and any cross-border permit. A small one-off fee may apply.

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. Drivers under 23 may have a small young-driver surcharge on some categories.

A valid driving licence, an ID card or passport, and the booking confirmation. Non-EU licences should be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

Yes. All standard rentals come with unlimited kilometres, so you can explore from the Alps to the coast without watching the odometer.

Ljubljana Airport (LJU), Ljubljana city centre, Bled, Maribor and Koper — or we can deliver the car to your hotel or address anywhere in Slovenia, often for free.

Don't worry — we track your flight. If your arrival is delayed, we adjust the meeting time at no extra cost.

Same-to-same: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. No refuelling fees, no games.
